Attendee to the Event
Attendee at Milan Fintech Summit is subject to receipt by Fiera Milano S.p.A. and Fabrick S.p.A., of the registration form completed and signed for acceptance and the payment of the membership fee, according to the methods indicated during the registration process for the event.

The actual holding of the event is subject to reaching the minimum number of participants established by the event organizers.
The number of places available is limited and registration priority is determined by the date of receipt of:

  1. registration form completed and signed for acceptance
  2. payment of the membership fee

Attendee Fee
The fee includes participation at the event identified in the registration form, any relevant educational documentation in paper and/or electronic format depending on the case, as well as breakfast and/or coffee breaks (where applicable).

Fiera Milano S.p.A. and Fabrick S.p.A. reserve the right to cancel the event or change the date within the deadlines indicated for closing registration.

In these cases, the organizers will promptly inform the participants in relation to the new dates of the event or the possible refund of the fee paid by the participant for an event definitively cancelled.

Fiera Milano S.p.A. and Fabrick S.p.A. also reserve the right, for reasons that arise and/or for reasons of force majeure, to modify the structure of the event programs and/or replace the scheduled speakers with other speakers of the same professional level. Right of withdrawal and substitute registration
Without prejudice to the provisions of the Legislative Decree. 206/2005 in relation to the consumer’s right of withdrawal limited to the cases in which the same is applicable, the participant has the right to cancel his participation in the event no later than 10 working days (Saturdays and Sundays excluded) from the date of carrying out the event, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The communication can be sent to info@milanfintechsummit.com by email or certified certified email.

After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal; therefore, in this case the participant will be required to pay the entire registration fee (or the same will not be returned if already paid).

The entire registration fee will be due (or will not be returned as the case may be) even if the participant fails to attend/participate in the event in the absence of notice of withdrawal within the terms set out above.

If the participant cancels their participation within the terms set out above, they will be entitled to a refund of any participation fee already paid or, alternatively, they will be able to register a replacement.

In any case, the participant may register a substitute provided that the name of the latter is sent by written communication at least 1 working day before the date of the event.
