A seasoned financial services and fintech professional that has worked in a diverse range of EU and UK organizations for 20+ years, Julian joined Wallester at the start of 2024 to establish a new regulated entity and lead their UK expansion plans. Wallester is a very successful and fast growing Estonian PI and Visa card issuer operating via an inhouse cloud native tech platform, with a mission to provide the best solutions, via the best tech, at the best price.

Wallester focuses on delivering a best in class turnkey White Label Visa card issuing solution (Wallester White Label) and a cutting edge Business Expense Management tool (Wallester Business) to a diverse range of partners and clients, enabling them to increase their operational efficiency and enhance their customer propositions. Recent launches include the KuCoin Card and a partnership with Latvian Post.

Prior to joining Wallester, Julian held various key roles in the fintech arm of Edenred, PPS, including building a post Brexit EMI in Belgium. PPS was one of the earliest EMI's and the tech/regulatory engine behind many well known fintech brand launches and success stories across Europe, including powerhouses such as Modulr, Tide, eKKo and Monese, to name but a few. Before that Julian spent many years in US global corporate payments leader, Corpay, and also in the banking giant, BNP Paribas Group.
