After 3.5 years as a corporate law lawyer, I joined BaFin in 2010. I was a member of different sections in banking supervision such as those competent for the supervision of large banks, crisis management and intensified supervision. Since September 2023, I am head of division ZK 4 (Supervision of Crypto Custody Business, Crypto Securities Registrars and CASPs according to MiCAR).
