Bogdan Patriniche is the CEO and Founder of Invoice Cash, an online factoring platform and Dalitics SA and Lexivision Ltd. two providers of modern data analytics using AI and machine learning.

His keen interests in mathematics, technology and finance were fused in these innovative start-ups, which were established in 2018 and 2023 respectively.

Bogdan’s careers spans almost 30 years in financial services in London and the telecom industry in London and Amsterdam. Bogdan started his career at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London in 1993, where he worked in the Infrastructure and Energy group. He held senior positions in the Group Treasury at Lucent Technologies and Ericsson. He was Global Head of TMT for National Australia Bank and regional Head of CEE Markets for National Bank of Greece International, Standard Bank and Calyon. At Duet Private Equity and Delphi Securities, Bogdan worked with distress and corporate turnaround opportunities across Europe.

Bogdan was educated at London Business School (UK), Ecole Nationale d'Administration, (France), INSA Lyon (France) and University Politehnica Bucharest (Romania). His strong interest in business and finance education led him to establish the Romanian Education Trust, a UK based charity active since 2003, supporting Romanian MBA students at top European business schools with scholarships.

He has a deep understanding of the higher education sector in the UK through his role as Lay Governor at the University of East London between 2005 and 2014. He continues to mentor young Romanian students in the UK.
