Amanda is the founder of AGE Advisors, an advisory group specializing in
financial guidance for startups and fintech founders. She also serves as a
startup financial advisor for TrubAI and Stamford Next Partnership, providing
strategic insights tailored to emerging companies.
Amanda is actively involved in industry forums and thought leadership
discussions. She will soon join the Petra RBI (Raiffeisen Bank International AG)
Fintech Scout Program, a premier initiative by Raiffeisen Bank International AG
in Central and Eastern Europe, aimed at collaborating with top global talent to
tackle future fintech challenges.
Amanda is a seasoned payment expert, having previously served as a Delivery
Partner at Endava. There, she spearheaded the strategic direction, vision,
growth, and performance for a diverse portfolio of retail banking clients across
North America. In this pivotal role, she led project teams in delivering
transformative solutions for banking clients, focusing on areas such as emerging
payment technologies, AI, financial inclusion, account-to-account (A2A)
transfers, bill pay, and core modernization of payment infrastructure and
systems.
Before her tenure at Endava, Amanda developed her expertise at Synchrony, where
she cultivated and managed relationships with industry giants including American
Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, FIS, and PayPal. Her work at Synchrony
involved deep engagement with major players in the payment industry, further
enhancing her proficiency and network.
Amanda was recently honored as BTA’s 2024 Diversity Champion, reflecting her
dedication to advocating for women and professionals of color in the payments
industry. She actively shares her journey, uplifts others, and engages with the
fintech and payments community.
She is also actively involved with Women in Payments as a Global Mentor. Amanda
represents Money20/20 as an ambassador and is an alumnus of the Amplify cohort
'22. As a global speaker, Amanda has delivered keynotes and participated in
events across Amsterdam, Bangkok, Columbia, Mexico, and beyond
