Since 2022, Silvia Marziali has been the CEO of Easy-Trend, assuming leadership and significantly contributing to the company's growth and development. In addition to her management role, she excels in public relations, building key connections for the company.

She is also responsible for business development and human resources management, demonstrating strong strategic and operational skills. Furthermore, she oversees the organization of corporate events, showcasing her leadership and planning abilities.

Before joining Easy-Trend, she accumulated extensive work experience. She worked for 7 years at STMicroelectronics in Agrate, focusing on human resources and personnel management, with a particular emphasis on employee training.

Later on, she managed a restaurant in London from 2018 to 2022, taking full responsibility for the establishment, including administration, supplier management, public administration, and personnel management. She is also currently leading Agrese, a company specialized in organizing corporate events.
