For more than 10 years Andrea I am an active part of the Fastweb Structured Open Innovation evolution, supporting the scouting and introduction of new emerging technologies such as Big Data, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence. I managed calls for idea, crowdfunding, hackathons, design thinking processes and the inception of digital projects then delivered to business lines for the industrialization and commercialization.

Today, as Strategy & Innovation Manager, I coordinate the Corporate Venture Building program Fastweb NeXXt Ventures, a process that accelerates and creates startups to ad to Fastweb's investment portfolio. At the same time, I manage the relationships with external Open Innovation and Corporate Venture teams, also mentoring entrepreneurs both inside and outside the company to accelerate the success of their pre-seed and seed projects.

Meanwhile I continue to be involved in the scouting and evaluation of new emerging technologies adjacent to Fastweb core business.
