General Director of Istud Business School, Board Member Cottino Social Impact Campus and Strategic Director of the Competence Centre for Impact Evaluation and Measurement, born from a strategic agreement between Fondazione Cottino and Turin Chamber of commerce. She is a lecturer in Organisation Studies. She is a member of the Board of Directors of ASFOR and Member of the Evaluation Commission of APAFORM. She has dedicated her career to Management Education & Development.

In her work, she has always placed strong emphasis on the establishment of corporate cultures and business models oriented towards sustainability and social impact. She has led numerous research and consulting projects including, most recently, programmes on the connections between organised crime and business, as well as the analysis and implementation of cultural change in various national and multinational companies. Her studies have been published and presented in national and international publications and conferences, including Harvard Business Review, Il Sole 24 Ore and Zero Emission Conference.
