Alessandro has over 20 years of experience in the structured finance market with more than 200 transactions closed in financing and acquisition space. He has an extensive knowledge in various asset classes such as NPLs, RMBS, CMBS, CBO, leasing, consumer loans, social securities receivables and trade receivables.

At present, he is Head of Southern Europe in the Securitised Products Group.

Before joining J.P. Morgan as responsible for the Italian Structured Finance desk in November 2007, he was Head of Southern Europe Securitisation at SG Corporate & Investment Bank (SG CIB) originating and structuring various asset classes. Before his experience at SG CIB, he was manager at Deloitte Corporate Finance in London where he spent 3 years as analyst for merger and acquisition all around Europe.
